This assessment is crucial because it helps you see how you’re showing up in different areas of your life. We will discuss how your energy impacts your relationships, work, and personal growth. It gives you the awareness you need to start making intentional shifts. During our session, I’ll help you make sense of your results and show you how to apply them directly to your life, so you can begin creating alignment between your goals and daily actions.
